Be creative :D

You're a Level 10 Wizard (PHB1)
You have 20 Spell Slots per Spell Level (20 spells from each spell level)
You don't have to prepare spells. You can use any spell from each level at will (Limit: Above rule)(Only spells from PHB1)
Ideas for any situation.(Combat, NPC's Interaction, Dungeon Crawling, Tavern Fighting, Whole Cities Destruction, Scamming Scheming, Inn's Information Gathering, Etc.)

GO!

Why on earth would you need all that?

Also, what about metamagic?

The best thing for adventuring would probably be to load up on a bunch of short-duration buffs (even a few round/level would be OK, if tedious to alternate) and then pick a couple of extremely capable encounter-solvers. One level higher and I'd suggest disintegrate....

Level 10 = 5th level spells: with LPB you can get a whole lot of Succubi; that covers every single social/non-combat situation. From there, Contact Other Plane lets you figure out what kind of fights you'll be getting into each day and you can prepare battle magic accordingly.

Every day spend a few unused slots to cast explosive runes into a book and store that in a bag of holding. Have your familiar drop it on someone and then hit it with a low CL dispel to blow stuff up when you really need it.

Fabricate is good if you ever need any nonmagical equipment at all. Make sure you have some ranks in craft skills.

Shrink item can be used to shrink down giant iron (made with fabricate) so you can carry them around and then drop them on people, which will do more damage than most of your attack spells. A 10 foot cube of cast iron weighs about 4500 pounds, so it would do 20d6 damage if you drop it 20 feet.

Charm monster/person, eagles splendor, detect thoughts and suggestion let you do well in social situations. Or planar bind something charming, but then you'll have a hard time bargaining with it.

Glitterdust, web, and solid fog can break up a tavern fight pretty easily. They also give you great battlefield control, along with black tentacles.
You can also buff and debuff pretty well.

City destruction would probably be easiest through planar binding some powerful creatures.
