Is there a way to be able to get more than 2 Domains?

Feat, or Shenanigans.

Plainer touchstone (catalogues of enlightenment)(a feat) will give the granted power of a domain. Contemplative (PRC) will give you a few more domains. The Cloistered Cleric ACF grants knowledge in addition to the two you get at first level.

Also in eberon there is another PRC that grants domains - The Sovern Speaker.

There's also a Feat literally called "Bonus Domain", but it's Epic-only (reqs. WIS 21 and able to cast 9th-levels).

For more ideas you can check out a character that gets 21 domains in 20 levels (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=267721)

...The Ordained Champion prestige class from Complete Champion gives you the War Domain and changes your spontaneous casting from cure/inflict spells to war domain spells. You need to worship Hextor or Heironeous but your DM might allow wiggle room depending on the setting.

Substitute Domain is a level 2 spell from Complete Champion that lets you trade in one of your domains for another your deity could grant for up to one day per caster level. You still only have 2 at a time, but you can trade for others when you need them. Try combining this with the feat Spontaneous Domains (same source) to leave your domain slots unprepared and cast whichever domain spell you want (even from the one you just used Substitute Domain to get) in each slot spontaneously.

Or domain spontaneity ACF for casting your domain spells in place of cure spells spontaneously.

Or domain spontaneity ACF for casting your domain spells in place of cure spells spontaneously.I'm not familiar with the ACF, but be warned that the feat Domain Spontaneity (Complete Divine) wouldn't help since it only applies to the one domain you pick when you take the feat. If the ACF apples to all of your domains, that's a great find since you get more spells out of the substituted domain than your one per level per day.

Domain draughts (originally in DMG2, but you'll probably want the MIC version instead) give you a day's worth of access.
