Reduce/Enlarge Animal and Wild Shape [PF]

I'm sure this has come up before, but I've been making a druid for the first time recently, and was wondering about the interaction. From what I can tell, it doesn't look like they'd mesh if you read it straight, since wild shape functions as the beast shape spells, which don't say anything about changing type. I just wanted to get some second opinions, or hear about examples where DMs have run it so that it they do work together.

Wild Shape just makes you look like an animal and fight like an animal; it doesn't actually turn you into one, so that spell would have no effect on you. Enlarge Person should do the trick, but only if you used Wild Shape to turn into a creature the same size as yourself.

So I'm guessing a no go, period, for my undine adept, huh? ;P

Ah, well. I was just looking for an easy way to get to fine. I suppose I don't really need it.
