Fire Breath DC 31 (Su)
Clockwerk can breath 70 feet cone of fire similar to a red dragon. once he uses it he cannot use it again for 1d4 rounds.A blast from his breath weapon always starts at any intersection adjacent to him and extends in a direction of the his choice
Paralyzing Gaze DC 39 (Su) Paralyze 1d4 for rounds 60 foot range standard action to activate
Frightful Presence DC 37 (Ex)
Clockwerk can unsettle foes with his mere presence. The ability takes effect automatically whenever he attacks, charges, or flies overhead. Creatures within a radius of 360 feet are subject to the effect if they have fewer HD than the dragon. A potentially affected creature that succeeds on a Will save DC 37 remains immune to that dragon’s frightful presence for 24 hours. On a failure, creatures with 4 or less HD become panicked for 4d6 rounds and those with 5 or more HD become shaken for 4d6 rounds. Dragons are immune to this effect.
Blindsense (Ex)
Clockwerk can pin point within a distance of 60 feet, Creatures he cannot actually see still have total concealment against him.
Keen senses (Ex)
Clockwerk sees four times as far as a human in shadowy illumination, and twice as far in normal light. He also has darkvision out to 120 feet.
Damage Reduction
Clockwerk’s Natural attacks are considered being adamantine, silver, and magical, for the purposes bypassing damage reduction.
Immunities (Ex)
Clockwerk is immune to fire, poison, sleep effects, paralysis, stunning, disease, death effects, necromancy effects and mind effecting effects. He is also not subject to critical hits, nonlethal damage, ability damage, ability drain, fatigue, exhaustion, or energy drain. Immunity to any effect that requires a Fortitude save (unless the effect also works on objects, or is harmless).



Magic items
Clockwerk Tail Feathers x3, neck slot, all three can be worn at the same time and only take up one slot, when one is worn it grants the wearer a fly speed equal to double his base land speed or if he already has a fly speed it increases it by 30 feet up to a maximum of double the original amount
Clockwerk Wings, shoulder slot, Grants wearer a fly speed equal to double his base land speed, also grants Frightful Presence (DC 10 + ½ HD + Cha)as a dragons Extraordinary ability
Clockwerk Heart x2, both halves must be together to use these abilities grants fast healing 3, can cast cure light wounds 7/day, cure moderate wounds 5/day, cure light wounds mass 3/day, also can cast raise dead by performing a 24 hour ritual, after which the Clockwerk Heart is split in two and teleported to two random places.
Clockwerk Lung x2, no slot, Sustains a creature without air, can also create a bubble of clean air 15 feet in radius around itself.
Clockwerk Stomach, no slot, Sustains a creature without food or water, Can cast Create food and water 3/day, and heroes feast 1/week
Clockwerk Eyes, Head slot, Grant Darkvision to 120 ft and Paralyzing Gaze Attack (1d4 rounds DC 10 + ½ HD + cha 30 ft range standard action to activate)
Clockwerk Talon x6, The talons deal damage based on your size (1d6 for medium, 1d4 for small, and 1d8 for large) each talon has a different effect, you can use any number at the same time, but only 3/hand if you use more than one the abilities are shared between all of them, the damage dice stack and the bonuses are culmative up to +5. the abilities are+1 Keen, +1 Ghost touch, +1 Bane (Humanoid (Catfolk), +1 Flaming, +1 Vicious, +1 Defending,
Clockwerk Hate Chip, no slot, Grants the wearer the ability to enter rage like a barbarian 3/day
Clockwerk Beak, Face slot, Grants wearer a bite attack that deals damage based on wearers size (2d6 for Medium, 1d10 for small, and 3d6 for large) also grants the ability to breath fire in a 30 foot cone as a dragons supernatural abilty (DC 10 + ½ HD + Con ), and speak draconic.

Having played the games, I think classifying him as a dragon is kiiiiinda stretching things. Plus, I also think Lawful Evil doesn't fit him as much as Neutral Evil - he has no code of honor or rules he follows like a Lawful Evil villain, but he doesn't mindlessly destroy for the sake of destruction the way a Chaotic Evil character would.

Yeah, but I don't think Clockwerk should count as a Dragon. If you want to stretch things, he could sorta be undead, since he's not truly living anymore - he's basically a mechanical lich and his phylactery is the Hate Chip.
