What ways are there to increase the save DC of a class ability, or alternatively to debuff enemy's saves, for a non-caster?

That depends a lot on the particular ability. It would be much easier to help you if you could tell us what you had in mind.

Generally, it's not that easy to increase save DCs of class abilities, and your options depend a lot on the particular ability. Sometimes you can boost a DC through a favored class bonus (ex. the typical "count as 1/4 level higher for using this ability"). That works well for bardic performances and oracle revelations with the right races.
There may also be items that do something similar. Like the Robe of Arcane Heritage for sorcerors, which effectively buffs the DC of all their bloodline powers by 2.

As for lowering saves for non-casters, Intimidate to inflict the shaken condition would be the easiest way. Perhaps combined with Dazzling Display.

The only Feat that comes to mind is Ability Aptitude, which increases the DC of one ability by 2. The few times I've played a Druid, I used to take it with the Fleshraker animal companion to increase the poison save DC.

The feat Ability Focus is the standard method.

It's considered a "monster feat", but the only requirement is that the character have a special attack with a Save DC, so many DMs will allow player characters to take it.

Also, a lot of Save DCs also scale with your HD (so, gain more levels) and/or an ability score. If you've got a Charisma-based Save DC for example, then just get a Cloak of Charisma, and the DC will go up.

Cornugon Smash (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/cornugon-smash-combat) might be better than Dazzling Display.
