death attack level stacking

so, assassin has the death attack class feature which, out of the box, is kind of lackluster since you can only have 10 levels of assassin.

however, black dog and black flame zealot count levels in that class as levels in assassin, allowing you to have a slightly better save DC.

I'm pretty sure that secrets of sarlona's psionic assassin does not work that way, since it functions as an ACF, making it impossible for one to take levels in both it and regular assassin.


my question is:

does the psychic assassin's (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040723d) death attack stack with assassin to provide more points on death attack's DC?

are there any other classes (besides legacy champion and uncanny trickster, of course) that further progress the DC for death attack?

It doesn't include stacking language, so it doesn't stack.
