Anyone Seen This?

Hey guys, I remember a while ago there was a thread that was some trick for using a Druid spell on Giants to reduce them to Fine size permanently and then use them as ranged characters or something.
I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the spell, and my google-fu seems to be lacking.
I'm fairly sure it was on these forums but it may game been a BG thread.

If anyone know what I'm talkin' about, please respond. It's killin me.
