So, if a demonbind is active, is it possible to regain the spent damnation points progressively ?

Yes, but Demonbind only lasts for ten rounds: in a minute, you won't have your Demonbind anymore.

A character with a minimum five damnation points permit to maintain the dretch demonbind on five minutes, no ?
