An item of continuous See Invisibility ? True Seeing is even better and worth the price.

Create an item of Trueseeing, Touchsight, or See Invisibility that works continuously.
Alternately, you could buy an item that gave him a massive bonus to spot checks.

If psionic items are allowed, I think one of those things that are really just contact lenses, deep down, give the bonus. Eyes, I think they're called.

Is there anyway to get contigent heals cast on me. Or something like that?

You can pay to have contingent/permanent spells cast on you before the battle.

Right I now have a new guy ready to fight. I would like to match up against a non-caster but am willing to fight anyone. I would like the whole no death affects but it isn't nessacary and also would like to ban Disjunction but again am willing to fight, and probably lose, with it allowed.
