Post count issues (not complaining, just curious)

So it says I have 80 posts, I know I have to have more than that, I was at 75 a few days ago and I've posted well over five times since.

Does this have anything to do with being unable to search for previous posts?
Not trying to drive up a count or anything, I don't care about that, really, but it caught my attention.
