What would be a good party layout be?
How would a Factotum beguiler do Damage?

Beguilers get lots of dex, a bonus to int, may wield a weapon in addition to a claw/claw/bite full-attack, they get multiattack as a bonus feat, truesight as a constant effect, and a climb speed.

As a 1HD, +0 LA race, that's awesome.

Factotum is a good choice - if you're worried about not doing enough damage, two feats (Martial training and Shadow Blade) can get yo dex-to-damage, and two more on top of that (Martial Stance and Craven) can get you +2d6 sneak attack & character-level to damage. Flaws for the first two, the others you'll have to wait for a slightly higher level (you'll need 6th level to pick up the stance unless you're dipping Swordsage).

If you google for "X stat to Y", there's an entire thread about getting boni to things based on different attributes.

As for the rest of the party, I'd say:
Swashbuckler/Rogue or Warblade for primary meleeist.
Beguiler (for obvious reasons) or wizard for spellcaster.
Archivist or Psion for healer and buffing.

Sounds like a fun game.

Shadow blade would only work with his weapon attack and not his natural attacks correct?

I'm AFB, but I do not believe that unarmed strike or claw attacks are shadow hand maneuvers.

According to the book unarmed strikes are, but it says nothing about natural weapons. Didn't really know about these critters prior to this thread but after looking them up I think I may want to play one of these little guys in the future lol.

Look at Fangshields ranger (http://dndtools.eu/classes/fangshields-ranger/), it gives Multiattack as a combat style + weapon focus + greater weapon focus

Then perhaps go in to black blood cultist (http://dndtools.eu/classes/black-blood-cultist/)

Unarmed strikes are Shadow Hand and Tiger Claw. Claw attacks are Tiger Claw, but not Shadow Hand.

Beguilers already get Multiattack for free, but the weapon focuses could still be helpful

Bugger - didn't see that... forget Fangshield rangers then

Unarmed strikes are Shadow Hand and Tiger Claw. Claw attacks are Tiger Claw, but not Shadow Hand.

That would make sense for Shadow Hand.

For a traditional party, I'd probably run either a Factotum or Beguiler (maybe with Unseen Seer) for the rogue, any flavor of wizard or wu jen for the arcane casting, either a warblade or warblade/Jade Phoenix Mage for melee, and an archivist for divine.

You could probably switch things up and have a variety of Psion in place of divine, melee, or arcane casting, depending on the discipline used.

Have everyone take Knowledge Devotion and prove it's true power, all while being a giant hamster.
