Is the a standard Armor that gives a bonus to Will saves?

The Mindarmour property in the MIC is only +3000gp, and it's a +5 bonus - however, it only works until your next turn, and only three times a day.

If you have the ToB save replacers, there's armour in Secrets of Sarlona which gives a bonus to concentration checks. Can't remember the name of the armour tho'.
