I'm going to be starting an E6 game and I am confused about skill progression after 6th level. Looking at
http://dungeons.wikia.com/wiki/E6_(3.5e_Sourcebook)/Rules#Quick_Templates_for_E6
This feat
Skill Beyond Your Years
Prerequisite: Level 6
Benefit: Pick a skill. Your max ranks rise from Level+3 to Level +5.
seems to imply that you get extra skill points every time you 'level up' after 6, but I don't see that explicitly stated anywhere and am wondering if you're just supposed to use that in conjunction with the feat that gives you five extra skill points, or if you keep getting skill points every time you get a bonus feat
