Nah, looks good, but since Weapon Finesse requires +1 BAB, you'll need to pick a different feat.

You can only get more BAB with extra levels — or by taking a class with full BAB progression.

Consider Extra Silence now, Weapon Finesse at 3rd and Silencing Strike at 6th.
Or Natural Trickster for Disguise Self or Silent Image and Weapon Finesse at 3rd.

I suggest getting a longspear. Because you are a rogue, you are going to be squishy. Having reach will keep you a step away from the greataxe that would kill you in one hit.
