They're basically whatever your weapons do.

Put in all the data on the table about your weapon and you should be good. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/equipment/weapons.htm)

...well, almost. There's an attack modifier you should throw in, which, in your case, should be equal to your Strength modifier.

If you have multiple weapons, like primary and back-up, or melee and ranged, put them each down. It's just a quick-reference point.

Under those lines, you're expected to record your characters' attack bonus, damage modifiers, critical-threat/multipliers, and other useful statistics with each weapon in your characters possession which you expect to use regularly.

For most characters, one's melee attack bonus is [BAB+Strength modifier + Other modifiers], and one's ranged attack bonus is [BAB+Dexterity modifier + Other modifiers]. Do note that while Dexterity is used for ranged attack bonus, it is not added to ranged weapon damage unless otherwise specified.

Doing this is highly advisable. It greatly speeds up combat, since you don't need to recalculate your attack and damage bonuses every round. When a situational modifier comes up (such as +2 to hit for Flanking an enemy), just remember it for damage/tohit calculations, or write the bonus on some scrap paper if you're prone to forget these things.

In addition to his regular weapons, every character has his Unarmed Strike (punch, headbutt, kick, knee, elbow, etc), which he may use instead of a weapon, and which cannot be removed from him, even if he loses both arms. Unarmed Strike statistics are listed in the "Weapons" table.
