Hello.
I have looked on the internet but can't find an answer to whether or not you add your shield enchantment bonus to "Shield Ward"
[ http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Shield_Ward_(3.5_Feat) ] bonus to
a) Touch AC defense and/or
b) resisting Bull Rush, Disarm, Grapple, Overrun, & Trip attempts
Could anyone help me answer this question please?

Enchanting your shield improves its shield bonus, so yes.

As Greenish said, an enhancement bonus to armor or shield increases the amount of its parent bonus. So a +5 heavy steel shield has a net shield bonus of +7, rather than a shield bonus of +2 and an enhancement bonus of +5.

You can also use the Divine Shield feat to add your Charisma bonus to your Shield AC, and the Magic Vestment spell to increase the enhancement bonus to your shield. Both would also apply to your touch ac with Shield Ward.
