Spellfire channeling help.

So I want to create a Spellfire channeler But I am not sure how to go about it and I was hoping for advise tips and ideas.

As far as classes go I was thinking Dragon shaman, Con being a important stat in both the class and in storing Spellfire.

I was also hoping if anyone knew if there was a spell draws spells to you like a lightning rod as this would be very useful for a spellfire channeler.

I would suggest Dragonfire Adept instead. Most of their really good invocations don't require Cha; and their breath weapon DC is based on Con. Plus flight and a bunch of other goodies. The class is in Dragon Magic.
