While you're at it, acording to the Feindish Codex 1, there's a demon lord on the Abyss' top layer that likes to magically twist good aligned creatures, giving them the half-feind template. Unicorns are said to be among her favorite subjects.

It could just be a helmet shaped like the head of a unicorn. Doesn't have to be changed or anything.

They also have them in King's Bounty. They're only different from regular unicorns in that they take no morale penalty from teaming with Demons or Undead :p
