So I made a new Warblade the other day at 1st level, I got the idea of making him into an ubercharger. I'll probably be taking 3-4 levels in Warblade, since our campaign will probably lead to around the 10th level and I need to get lion-totem barbarian in and maybe some fighter levels to get the extra feats.
My main question is: what would be the best stances/maneuvers suited for the Warblade ubercharger?
Also as a side question, do extra damage bonuses from stances/maneuvers (like Punishing Stance, +1d6) get multiplied as well when doing the ubercharge?
Thanks!

Punishing stance does not get multiplied by pa modifiers, because it's not PA. Anything that isn't PA isn't modified by PA modifiers.

Now to a question of definitions: are you defining ubercharger as warrior who is very good at charging, because that's not really an ubercharger, it's applying the basic skeleton feats to a warblade, because an ubercharger is a consumate specialist, and warblade doesn't offer the focus needed. If you want to be a "real ubercharger", warblade is a fine dip later, but you want to start out barbarian. You need pounce, but also rage to get access to the PRCs that uberchargers tend to take. Maneuver use is also almost incompatible since most strikes can't be used as part of a charge, and even if they could they still won't compare to a full attack. If you take the warblade dip later into an ubercharger build it works well, but it's mostly for things like IHS, and other things that aren't strikes (though stonedragon lockpick is still a fair choice if you have pick to spare).

The main reason warblade is good because it avoids the one trick pony effect that pre-ToB melee fell into, trying to force warblade into that is a bit backward. Now adding shock trooper, leap attack, and a 1lvl dip in spiritlion totem whirling frenzy barbarian, and 1lvl of fighter (for the bonus feat to ensure you can get all these feats) isn't a bad call, but if you go any further down the rabbit hole, you will find that the traditional barbarian start would have suited you far better.

From just leap attack and shocktrooper you can get enough damage boost to kill many things, but warblade is great because it has lots of options when it's main shtick isn't working, so don't go too far down the hole. And even if you wanted to, warblade actually can't compete with barbarian/fighter when it comes to singleminded focus on a single trick.

The White Raven charge maneuvers work great for a charger. IIRC all of them come with at least 'do not provoke' clause, and add bonus damage. With a lenient DM, you could add the bonus damage to all the attacks you make with the charge due to pounce.

That's not a lenient DM, that's ridiculous. Charge maneuvers do not allow pouncing, they replace the standard charge attack with the listed effects, thus ruling out pounce. You may as well say that any manuever can just be the first attack of a full attack while you're at it. In fact, wizards don't have to prep their spells, they can just spont cast from their spellbook.

And no white raven charge maneuver is better than a full attack, especially with PA, shocktrooper, and leap attack. I realize those feats affect the white raven charge, but a white raven charge is one attack that benefits from +BAB*3 damage, a full attack gets that 2-4 times. The maneuver is all or nothing, iteratives give you multiple chances.

Now, whether all the attacks from the pounce gain the bonus damage from the maneuver, well, that's where the DM's leniency comes in.

Warblades can make decent chargers however, but you need to pull together a rather specific combo:
1) Be a Dragonborn of Bahumat or a Raptoran. They both have flight with a special form of dive attack, that deals double damage with a piercing weapon.
2) Take your 1st level in Spirit Lion Totem Barbarian for Pounce
3) You can spend the 2nd level in something else if you wish, since Initiator Level includes 1/2 levels in other classes, and there is hence no difference in IL between 1 Barb / 1 ??? / X Warblade and 1 Barb / X Warblade. But going straight to Warblade gets you more maneuvers faster.
4) Take the rest of your levels in Warblade.
5) The key stance here is Leading the Charge, which adds your IL to charge damage.
6) The other thing to note is that you need some way of pulling off Dive Attack consistently, by gaining 10ft altitude quickly. Anklets of Translocation can do that, as can Sudden Leap if you get your Jump check high enough.

At ECL 6, assuming 18 Str and a Halberd, a Dive Attack Pounce deals (5 IL + 6 Str bonus + 5.5 Halberd) x2 Dive Attack = 33 damage per hit. A hasted pounce nets you 3 such attacks, which can insta-kill most CR 6 enemies if they all hit. And this is NOT including any Power Attack bonus.

As Greenish said, because the text says 'as part of the maneuver make a charge' and not 'when making a charge do this', the set up works.
