Splash build?

So despite Magikarp's splash being useless, what about splash builds for 3.5? Just curios about what others may have done(or thought of doing) with splash weapons.

Are talking about grenade-type attacks specifically, or all attacks with an explosion-type quality to them?

Assuming you're talking about the first, I've never actually made such a build. However, I do know about an interesting feat from ECS for halflings that adds the primary damage of a splash weapon to the damage of the splash. That would definitely be the place to start.

There's one problem though: I'm not sure if there's any scaling grenade weapon. So unless this is a game that only plays to level 3, it's going to age very badly.
