From level 1 to 5
The build isn't very impressive, basically you ambush opponents to obtain your DEX to damage + 1d6 sneak (even with vow of poverty you can use a light crossbow without breaking your vow)
Level 6 and up
Respectable speed, high AC, flight, ranged attacks and the liberty to spend points on socials skills. Definitely when the build comes together. You also make quite the scout with such a high WIS bonus.
Underfooted combat+ close combat shot
One of the perks of this build, you can run into an opponent's square to gain cover and you get to full attack from that position without provoking AoO. The target also becomes flatfooted against you during the following turns once you get confound the bigfolk, meaning you get your DEX to damage and 1d6 sneak
Giant killing style
extremely helpful to this build, +2 to hit and +4 to damage against anything bigger than you (tiny) is just golden
Kensai effectively goes around the limitations of vow of poverty and you can spend all your points on effects since you already get the + x to hit and damage from Vow of poverty. Sure, you're just a gunner but you're a very effective gunner.
