Fast Healing

I have a question for you guys. Are there any humanoids with fast healing that can be changed into using Alter self?

None that I know of, and if you can find any Alter Self will not grant you that quality regardless.

Specifically, Alter Self (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/alterSelf.htm) states that:

You do not gain any extraordinary special attacks or special qualities not noted above under physical qualities such as darkvision, low-light vision, blindsense, blindsight, fast healing, regeneration, scent, and so forth.

If you are looking for fast healing at lower levels you may want to look at the line of Vigor spells, such as Lesser Vigor (Cleric/Druid 1; fast healing 1 for 10 + CL rounds, max 15 rounds), Vigor (Cleric/Druid 3; fast healing 2 for 10 + CL rounds, max 25 rounds), and the ever-popular Mass Lesser Vigor (Cleric/Druid 3; fast healing 1 to 1 creature per 2 levels for 10 + CL rounds, max 25).
