Anyone got good recommendations of templates (or a place were I can find them with good description of what they do) for a Human Summoner that will be using a scythe and doing lots of physical combat? (dont even ask)

Regardless, those are 3.5, while this guy is using Pathfinder.

Why do you want a template? Pathfinder has very odd rules for templates on player characters, I wouldn't advise using them unless you have a clear idea of what you want.

If you're making a Summoner with a focus on physical combat, are you a Synthesist?
