I noticed that there is a few ranger spells that benefit archer, such as arrow split, but are there any spells that boost two weapon fighting? they don't nessesarliy have to be ranger spells.

First things first, get a Wand Chamber (100 GP, Dungeonscape) put in each weapon.
Spells:
Blades of Fire (Spell Compendium, Rgr/Sor/Wiz 1). Swift action, +1d8 fire damage on all your melee attacks for 1 round.
Blade Storm (Spell Compendium, Rgr 3). Swift action, melee version of arrow storm, essentially whirlwind attack + TWF.
Blockade (Complete Scoundrel, Dru/Rgr/Sor/Wiz 1). Swift action, drop a 5' cube of wood in target square. Handy for blocking narrow corridors/doors, but also a ready supply of "I've got wood" jokes.
Haste, Swift (Spell Compendium, Rgr 2). Swift action haste, but unlike other swift spells, lasts 1d4 rounds.
Hunter's Eye (PHBII, Rgr 2). +1d6 sneak attack damage/3 CLs.
Impeding Stones (Cityscape, Dru/Rgr 1). Standard action, improved version of entangle (no plants necessary), -2 to attack and everyone in area must make Ref/Balance checks or fall prone.
Instant of Power (Forge of War, Brd/Dru/Rgr 1). *Immediate* action, +4 enhancement bonus on ally's next attack, save, or damage roll. Never leave home without it.
Lion's Charge (SC, Dru 3/Rgr 2). Swift action. If you didn't have pounce before, you do now.
