So my group has had a couple new players join recently so we are starting a new group. I need some help with a couple of feats and PrCs.

Here's the lineup that I know as of now: Rogue, Psychic Warrior, and my Conjurer. Also it's 25pb so I have a high Int and adequate Con and Dex(for a gray elf) but low Str, Wis, and Cha. I need a better will save.

What is a feat that allows me to use Int instead of Wis on Will throws? I feel like I've seen them but cannot find any now that I need them.

Also I have arcane disciple(Cthulhu) so I need the madness domain (adding half my class level to CL). But I was wondering if this relies on wisdom as well or if it changes to intelligence because I am a wizard?

Is viper a good choice for familiar and can I improve the save on his poison without creating a new spell?

For prestige I was thinking alienist because of fluff(Anatomist gone wrong) and possibly avenging executioner. But Spellwarp Sniper also seems alright.

Spell selection:
Cantrips except transmutation(don't ask)
Mage Armor, Summon monster I, True Strike, Shocking Grasp, Chill Touch, Ray of Enfeeblement, Grease, Lesser Sonic Orb. Let me know if this is okay as my first level spells.

Edit: I forgot thanks in advance!

Check X stat to Y bonus (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125732) to see how can you get Int bonus to Fort saves.

To cast spell you got from Arcane Disciple feat you must have Wisdom 10+spell level. So it may be a poor feat for your character.

If you are a conjurer I strongly suggest using Immidiate Magic from Players Handbook 2. You will loose your familiar but you will gain ability to teleport 10ft, (your intelligence bonus) times per day as immediate action (that's the important part).

Did you ban transmutation? I think you really should ban some different school, transmutation is best or second best school in d&d.

What do you want to dowith this character? This strongly affects what PrC you should choose (alienist is very bad choice).

Int to Will Save is Keen Intellect, from Dragon Magazine.

If you're going into Spellwarp Sniper, you can qualify without losing a level at the cost of three feats (Martial Study, Martial Stance (Assassin's Stance), and Point Blank Shot). Fortunately, you can get these as bonus feats through Martial Wizard and the Elven Substitution Levels.

Google "X stat to Y bonus" for questions like this one. One feat I saw in there was Keen Intellect from Dragon #318.

Cursed ninjas!

Arcane Disciple spells use Wisdom for save DC and max level.

If divine magic is vital to you, consider being an Archivist instead.

For most poisonous creatures, their save is based on Con, so anything that boosts his Con score should do the trick.

For a conjuror, Alienist is terrible. Skip that. Spellwarp Sniper is for Evokers. You want something like Malconvoker or Master Specialist instead.

I'd drop True Strike for Obscuring Mist - you want to hide while your party/summons do the work at low levels. What schools did you ban and what books are available?

I want to play a raving psychopathic, sadistic murderer. In essence a cult leader. But since I need wisdom for arcane disciple then nevermind that. And losing a familiar is worth it?

Also I need Int to my will saves, not fortitude. I feel comfy with fort. Not will(which isn't a good sign for wizards I suppose). Also could you explain the alienist not being good? I never understood why.

As long as it isn't destination based it's alright. So no ebberon or forgotten realms without a reasonable explanation for why.

And losing a familiar is worth it?

Yes, because you can get it back with the Obtain Familiar feat anytime you want.

Keen Intellect gives you Int to Will as several people have said above.

Also could you explain the alienist not being good? I never understood why.

It strips all the useful summons (outsiders, elementals, fey etc.) out of your summon monster list. You are only left with the "Celestial X" or "Fiendish X" creatures, and those typically don't have useful SLAs. Essentially you are stuck with a very, very watered-down version of summon nature's ally.

20 points for Psyren. And I had actually been typing that since Gaven had replied so I hadn't seen everyone else's answers. I will go with Keen intellect
