Identify this live-action fantasy project

I saw a trailer on youtube a few days ago. I don't remember the name, but it was a kickstarter project and quite intrigued me. It's either a movie or a show and takes place in your standard fantasy setting. One the main characters is a female elf with some sort of mark on her hand that means trouble for her and the rest of the world. She's accompanied by a human warrior who believes she can save the day somehow.
I don't remember many other notable details, though the whole thing opened with a dragon flying towards a ballista.
