Are their any rules for making non-magical constructs? The Clockwork Horrors from MMII come to mind considering they are self-replicating without the traditional magical requirements to build a construct. If I were to make a construct from part or all of a still living tree and then awaken the tree, would it still be a construct? Would it even be considered one creature or two in the same space?

What if I applied awaken tree and incarnate construct simultaneously? Would they both take effect? One causing the materials to become sentient, one altering the form? Would one take precedence over the other?
