Is it possible to have a craft/profession to create Masks?

at what threshold of skill would they be considered mundane? could you ever craft magical masks (like master of masks prc?)

Tailoring, or Leatherworking might allow you to make some kind of masks.

You wouldnt be able to make them magical without the appropriate Item Creation feat (Craft Wondrous Items)

Crafting magical masks would require Craft Wondrous Item to permanently enchant them with magical properties.

As for physically crafting masks, it would depend upon what kind of mask. Wooden masks would require Craft: Carpentry, metal masks would require Craft: Smithing, etc. As far as the threshold of skill, that would be based upon the standard Craft skill chart. Simple masks would be DC 5, typical are DC 10, high quality is DC 15, and complex/superior is DC 20. http://www.d20srd.org/srd/skills/craft.htm
