Does the Ghoul Touch spell give the target a saving throw to resist the paralysis effect? The spell description makes no mention of a save against paralysis only the fortitude save to resist the stench.

Well, it says Saving Throw: Fortitude negates, so I would say 'yes.'

Hm, never thought of it that way as I've allowed a save against paralysis as well. Maybe that was wrong then.

I'm with TaiLiu here. The Fort Negates applies to the initial creature touched.
Specific does not override general here, it just clarifies the secondary effect.
So Fort save against paralysis; and then a Fort save, for others, against the stench.

Note that if it had "(see text)" at the end, it would be referring to the sole specific mention of a Fort save in the long description, which would mean that the initial paralysis was no-save. It does not, so the paralysis has a save.

Happily noted!
