Looking to make a plant shapechanging template for someone in my group, LA of +2-+4, unsure of how to balance. Here is the prototype.

+12 dex
+6 int
+4 cha

Spell like abilities - Altershape, but with the added affect of:
Though the time to cast this spell is still a standerd action,
your body can't immediatly turn back to normal, and have an extended rest
to normal.

Able to create mundane items at the price of hit points, 1 hit point per 10gp worth
of matierals.

1/2 food needed to live
2 times the amount of water
If not exposed to direct sunlight for more then a weeks time, become fatigued.

Plant subtype

-low light vision
-Immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects).
-Immunity to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, polymorph, and stunning.
-Not subject to critical hits.
-Plants breathe and eat, but do not sleep
-Increase hit die to d8's

+5 natural armor bonus

Produce poisen - With an hour of meditation, you can produce a special type of poisen that
unique to you inside your own body, and can only be made with the chemicles and other things
found within your body. DC (10+1/2 hitdie+con) gaining a use per day every three hitdie. You
are only able to create poisen from which you have experianced first hand. You must expose the
poisen to your body for a full week before your body can replicate it's effects. During this
process, you may go about doing other things, but treat yourself as fatigued for that week.

5 regen, not able to heal back fire dmg.
