2-Handed Off-Hand weapon?

I'm a Diopsid. I am wielding a 2-handed weapon in my off hand. Since it is an off hand weapon I only apply 1/2 strength bonus. Since it is 2-handed I apply 1 1/2 strength bonus. How much strength bonus do I apply?

The description of them in the Dragon Magazine Compendium says "A diopsid can wield a pair of two-handed weapons by using all four of its limbs. The diopsid gains the full benefits of wielding a two-handed weapon, such as 1-1/2 times its Strength bonus on damage rolls."

So I guess you get 1.5X str with both weapons.
