Wizard People, Dear Reader! (http://www.illegal-art.org/video/wizard.html)

This is awesome. A comic book artist from Texas recorded his own version of the first Harry Potter - a new narration to be played while watching the movie on mute. My friends and I watched it last night and it's so weird and awesome - it's not quite MST3K, it's not quite a book-on-tape, it's somewhere in between. It's a re-telling of the original story in which the expression "Holy freakin' balls!" is used frequently, Ron is "Ronny the bear" and a true bad-ass, and they are all very fond of wine. The narration is deliberately overwrought, like so:

"Now imagine a music, dear readers, heavy with cellos at a rapid staccato. Cellos held between thighs in a dark room. The little room of Harry’s chest as he walks with his teammates to the opening gate of his first test of Cribbage. They are a rag-tag group of champions, this bunch, and with Harry the near-perfect new god, they know they will dominate the day.

Harry is a world laced with rivers of wizardly blood. He is ready. He throws his leg over his steed and rips the air a new one."

You can find the script here (http://www.livejournal.com/community/wizardpeople/10885.html) and here ("http://community.livejournal.com/wizardpeople/11137.html) but it's not meant to be read, it's meant to be listened to with the movie (by downloading the files from the link at the top).

Anyway, has anyone else seen this?
