Could you use limited wish to scribe a scroll you do not have by casting the spell while crafting (And paying the XP each time)?:smallbiggrin:

Now I'm aware that this would be a massive expense and much better to just teleport to a town and buy them. But the question was asked and I must find an answer for my players.

Scribe Scroll requires that you know the spell, which isn't the case here.

However you might be able to wish for a scroll. This would seem to fall under the following clause, provided that the spell fits within the standard prescriptions.

Produce any other effect whose power level is in line with the above effects, such as a single creature automatically hitting on its next attack or taking a -7 penalty on its next saving throw.
