Are there any artists that will take requests?

Is there anyone that you know of (including you!) that would be willing/able to draw a Cartoony, OotS-esque version of a character of mine?

A Half-Minotaur Goliath who has a massive greatsword/two handed blade of some sort, and doesn't wear a shirt. He is about 15 feet tall, 2500 lbs, (seriously, RAW he's that heavy) and he's pretty much all muscle (30 something strength at level 1.)

I would greatly appreciate any help, either with the picture itself or a referral to an artist who takes requests.
