Manifesting from inside a Magic Jar?

In a campaign I am currently running, there is a cabal of wizards making extensive use of the Magic Jar spell. A question has been brought up, though, concerning the party's psion. If he gets trapped in the Magic Jar by way of being switched the wizard, can he still manifest from inside the jar?

Logically the Psion should be able to manifest (but with the severe limitation to senses as described on the Magic Jar spell). It gets confusing if the Psion is a Telepath with Mind Switch, though.

Manifesting is mechanically the same as casting silent, stilled spells with no material components. If you are unable to cast spells under those conditions in a Magic Jar, you can't manifest powers either. So if you rule it one way you have to keep it consistent.
