Half-Dragon Dragon Shaman 3.5

Hello everybody, I've got a quick question for ya'll.

If a half-dragon (with a base race having no breath weapon) becomes a dragon shaman, would they have a two breath weapons or would one eliminate the other
Orc half-dragon (black) with a gold dragon for a totem, because why in guava juice not?

They would have two separate breath weapons, each with its own damage and usage.
