Increasing Maximum Dex Bonus

I know mithril is always a solid choice at +2, but is there anyway to get that higher? Honestly I am aiming for a total of +4 or more above base.

Nimbleness, +1 enhancement from the MiC is the only magical way that I know of, barring 3rd party. Bastion Press's Arms and Armor has the Weightless enchantment, +2 that gives a +4 max dex I believe.
