Is out possible to combined scrolls together into one long paper, and speed read it to cast more than one spell in a round

Yes, it's possible to have multiple spells on a scroll; that'll save you the action costs of retrieving them individually. But that doesn't do anything to speed up the casting, unless the prepared scroll includes Quicken Spell metamagic. Quicken Spell on a scroll is D&D "speed reading" for spells.
