Leadership
Prerequisites: Character Level 6, GM approval
Benefit: You gain several low-level loyal followers. You have a number of followers equal to half your leadership score. Your leadership score is your character level + Charisma bonus + Reputation score. You may replace lost followers each time you gain a level. Followers are 2nd level Ordinaries.
Greater Leadership
Prerequisites: Character Level 9, GM approval, Leadership
Benefit: You gain several medium level followers, and increase the number of low level followers you may command. You may have low level followers up to your leadership score, and medium level followers up to half your leadership score. Medium level followers are 6th level ordinaries.
Supreme Leadership
Prequisites: Character Level 15, GM approval, Greater Leadership
Benefit: You gain several high level followers, and increase the number of low and medium level followers. You may have low level followers up to twice your leadership score, medium level followers up to your leadership score, and high level followers up to half your leadership score. High level followers are 10th level ordinaries.
