Looking for some Monsters

Specifically some monsters with magic item Crafting Feats, but I cant think of any.
Anyone know of any?

If it matters I have a lose plan of enslaving creatures (planar binding, Control Undead, whatever) and use them to do the actual crafting of magic items for me/group and save me a heap of Feats. We also use a house rule whereby another PC can provide the XP needed to make an item

Edit: all books from 3.0/3.5 are fine. Dragon Mag's are to be checked and vetted. Home brew is generally disallowed

Midgard Dwarves are absurdly good at crafting, but I don't recall what book they're in.

Hmmmm, perhaps a lich in life was a magic crafter? You could obtain it's assistance somehow!

Midgard Dwarves are a great start.

I want to try and keep to the generic version of monsters if possible and away from stuff with actual class levels or reworked feats they don't normally have.
