Clearly, the Poor innocent turtle (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0551.html), who was just minding his own business before being stepped on by Elan, Diago, and a tribe of orcs, will turn out to be a level 30 Mystic Theurge, and vow revenge on the Order of the Stick!

Regular turtles don't know how to use suitcases, so... at the very least we're dealing with enhanced intelligence (awakened perhaps?). Or he could be a druid wildshaped into a dire tortoise for the surprise round ability! A druid who wants revenge for all the damage inflicted upon the forest during the stampede!

I suddenly totally want to see a random animal turn out to be awakened and epic-level. Not the way OotS would do it as a lulzy one-off villain, more like a serious villain, who just happens to be a turtle who was introduced as a regular turtle. He just sort of hangs out minding his own business, eating... whatever turtles eat and hanging with other, non-awakened turtles (imagine extraplanar entities encountering epic-level mortals who act like regular humans). It might make for an interesting character.
