What strip did Malack teach Durkon the spell to shield himself?

That was quick! Thank you. But now I'm a little confused. Durkon prayed to Thor for Mass Death Ward. There was even a gag that he, instead, got Mass Death Gourd. But if Durkon got MDW from Thor, then what did he get from Malack? And how did Malack dispel Durkon's MDW if it came from someone else?

Apparently divine Spellcasters can research Divine Spells (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicOverview/divineSpells.htm) to prepare in their spell slots as well. Not sure how that jives exactly from Thor and angels wondering what spell was cast, since the spell is not granted by Thor. But that is the way the world works.

Durkon was attempting to research a Divine Magic spell (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0672.html). After getting a book from Malack's library that (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0739.html) he thought would help his research, he still couldn't get it to work, so he sought out Malack. Malack 'helpfully' pointed out where he was wrong and offered a few suggestions. (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0750.html) Durkon still hadn't quite finished his research by the time of Nale's attack (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0805.html), hence the the miscue involving Gourds (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0806.html).

Sometime after that battle though, he must have figured out that last detail and finally got it right.

Only to discover that the version of the spell he research had a backdoor code in it.
