Level Adjustment, Buyoff, and EL 6 and 8 Worlds

are their any rules for buyoff on level adjustments for E8 and E6 worlds?

If not how would you do it?

Would keeping a person at level 5 in an e8 world who had a +3 level adjustment until they got enough xp to where they would reach their 9th, 15, and 18th levels buying off a point at each as normal, without giving them any bonus feats for XP earned past the level cap be a sufficient answer? (assuming 1 bonus feat at each would be gained level: 9, 10, 11, 12 etc.)

In E6 level adjustment doesn't have any affect on your ECL whatsoever, it just reduces your starting ability point buy. I'd assume the same holds true for E8. That means LA buyoff is completely irrelevant for such systems.

Okay cool didn't know that thanks. Do you have a link to those rules? I've only really heard about it never seen an actual full rules set.
