Taking advantage of incarnate construct

My friend was telling me about this template and doesnt look that useful but if there was a 1hd cnstruct than it could be useful so is there? or is there some other to take adavantage of having -2el? thank you

It works on warforged, but there are precious few inherited templates that both work on a construct but don't change type.
