So I'm playing through the premade campaign Cormyr: Tearing of the Weave for 3.5, and they've just finished. Yay, magic is saved.
But now they want to buy the temple to Mystra at the start of the book, and the city of Whelloon has already claimed it as public land. So logically, they are going to buy it from the city. But I have no idea of the cost for it.
If someone could help me with math, or point me towards rules for figuring this out, I'd be obliged :) I've never dealt with this before.
The building is on the edge of a Small City and sits on two major trade routes. It's built into a hill, its butt is against a sheer drop into the river below.

It's also pretty well furnished. flowing water for showers, toilets, defensible courtyard, storage, living quarters, library, many large rooms, and river access.
