I was thinking warforge with a drunken fist build

I think Titanius Anglesmith, Fancyman of Cornwood (http://futurama.wikia.com/wiki/Titanius_Anglesmith) would be a better idea.

Warforged is a good start, with maybe Mithril or Adamantine body (or a composite if you are allowed to homebrew one)
Keep in mind His composition (which adds up to 410%):

40% Zinc
40% Titanium
30% Iron
40% Dolomite
40% Luck
40% Chromium
60% Storage space
40% Scrap metal
40% Wire
40% Empty


Presumably you would want classes that represent his drunkeness (any), thievery ability (skilled character), and cowardliness (rogue or other backliner), as well as his chumps (leadership feat or some way to summon creatures).

So maybe something like Rogue/Factotum with a spattering of barb/monk or knight/cavalier/marshal, depending on what role you want to be in and if you're playing 3rd ed or PF.
