HP Leeching

Question for the boards:

I have a BBEG-thing-or something that is built around minions, is there anyway I can have a Creature Nearby or within touch range die, and i gain it's HP? Without being a Vampire, or any sort of Undead, or any class abilities for that matter, i'm looking for spells, feats, Etc, but please not Vampiric touch!
(Odd question, but I kinda need it.)

Make him undead or give him the feat Tomb-Tainted Soul from Libris Mortis. Give him zombie minions which were created with the feat Destruction Retribution in Libris Mortis.

Give him minions who can use the power Empathic Transfer (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/empathicTransfer.htm), or maybe they each carry an item that automatically activates that on him when he performs a certain action (maybe a dagger/spike through their heart which he pulls out). Maybe also give him the ability to use Empathic Transfer, Hostile (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/empathicTransferHostile.htm).
