so unbind force does 1d6 per spell level to any force spell that is on the target , dispels it and does damage to all things in a 10ft area including objects.

Would you say this does it to also attended objects like sword in hand and stuff?

No. Both as a general rule that possessions don't take damage separately except in case of critfailed saves, and that Disjunction-type effects really, really suck.
