I was wondering if there are any feats that allow characters to piggy back on other classes. I am aware ToB does this with feats that allow players to pick up martial stances use once per encounter. Are there any feats that allow characters to piggy back a domain, to gain the ability to cast spells from it one per day?

For Arcane Casters there is the Arcane Disciple feat in Complete Divine, which lets them learn all spells from one domain, but based off Wis.

If you want a non-caster to suddenly pick up spellcasting, that is usually far less optimal. There are various feats which grants SLAs. And Magical Training grants cantrips.

There's a whole bunch of such feats, mainly in CAdv.
Which classes are you trying to synergise ?

Taking the feat Planar Touchstone (Catalogues of Enlightenment) gives you a domain granted ability. Don't know of any feats that let a non-caster cast domain spells once per day, though.

In addition to Arcane Disciple and Planar Touchstone, there's a Domain Draught in MIC. Allows you access to the domain power for 24 hours... but doesn't specify that you have to be a cleric or even a spellcaster. You also gain access to the domain spells, but only if you already prepare domain spells. (Wizards/sorcerers can do this via a PrC that grants a domain, such as Divine Oracle.)

There's also a feat in Dragon #343, Divine Sorcery, that gives sorcerers access to a domain power and one spell (but only one) from the domain list each day.
