Im looking for ideas of something new such as a rune casters abilty to give every thing he makes a maximize

So i want hear the obscuse but effective thingsyou have found .over years something for a dm to look at and think wow ive never sceen that before

Circle Magic casting class (Hathran, Red Wizard, Halruaan Elder) + Reserve Feats.

Reserve feats are powered off the highest level spell of the appropriate type. Circle magic allows you to "freely" heighten spells up to 20th level.

Acidic Splatter = 100 ft ranged touch attack for 20d6 acid damage, at will.
Fiery Burst = 30 ft range 5 ft radius mini "fireball" (20d6 fire, Ref DC 30+casting mod for half damage), at will.

Here is something i found to add to the list a shadow illusionist with a chort yu can make any will save to disbelive
Shadow ilusionist if they disbelive it become 10% per spell level real you can make it 150% on a ninth level spell so summon monster VIIII with 150% hp damgae etc
